Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: United Kingdom 3–5 working days; United States & international 7–11 working days. These are working days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Every shipment is covered by our on-time delivery guarantee — if your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll refund your shipping, or replace the order if it is lost in transit.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union. If you're outside these countries and would like to order, email support@velvyn.store and we'll do our best to help.

Every Velvyn device is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and refund.

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition where possible. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to return the damaged item first.

We respect your privacy. We only collect the information needed to process your order and provide support — your name, contact details, delivery address and order history.

We never sell your personal data. Payment information is handled securely by our payment providers and is never stored on our servers. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing support@velvyn.store.
