These Terms & Conditions govern your use of velvyn.store and any purchase you make from Velvyn ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — a binding contract is formed once we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may update pricing and promotions at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivery typically takes 5-15 business days thereafter. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Every Velvyn device is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may also have the right to cancel under UK consumer regulations. To return an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery; items should be returned in their original packaging and resaleable condition where possible. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full — see our Policies page for full details.

Velvyn devices are cosmetic and wellness products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always read the instructions and safety guidance before use. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, or any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. You use our products at your own discretion and risk.

All content on velvyn.store — including the Velvyn name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
