Every Velvyn device is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and refund.

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition where possible. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to return the damaged item first.
