Shipping policy

We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders — there is no minimum spend.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery once your order has been dispatched:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 working days
  • United States & international: 7–11 working days

These are working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Occasionally customs checks or carrier delays can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us and we'll chase it for you.

On-time guarantee

Every Velvyn shipment is covered by our on-time delivery guarantee. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll refund your shipping — or replace the order if it's lost in transit.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union. If you're outside these countries and would like to order, email support@velvyn.store and we'll do our best to help.
